Used to be a PC gamer for many, many years, but not recently. Was a pen-and-paper gamer back in the day, lapsed for years, but I'm playing again occasionally.

I say come on back! It's never been cheaper or easier to be a PC gamer than the present... well, besides RAM prices anyway.

Unfortunately some pen and paper games have taken a nose dive though. My group has made the move to Warhammer fantasy and older White Wolf games of Werewolf the Apocalypse etc

It's not the money. It's the time. RL happened. Also, I screwed up a year ago when I bought a new computer. I went with an MS Surface-like device, because I love that form factor, thinking I could occasionally do a bit of gaming on it.
