Hello, I'm Hayley. I've been gaming ever since I was a little girl. My first experience with games was Super Mario Bros on the Nintendo. My all time favorite game is Streets of Rage 2. Nothing tops a good beat-em-up and that soundtrack! Unf.

I am strictly a console peasant and play mostly on Xbox. I like Tomb Raider, though not really the reboot. Mostly I play RPGs with magic and dragons and stuff. Currently I'm replaying Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and realizing I missed a lot of stuff in my first playthrough.

Seeing the sorry state of the games industry almost daily on The Quartering's YouTube channel, I think it's time for another crash. Games "journos" need replacing or shot. I am thrilled this website exists. I hope it flourishes because we are in dire need of it.

If you like beat em ups and owlbears, you should try Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, it has both! :-) I don't know if it's on console tho :-/

Man, I loved Streets of Rage! Seems odd to think of the shock GTA caused when SoR had me sticking a bottle into a domintrix's face when I was 6. Funny old world, eh?
