Hello all! Hope everyone's doing alright!
I love gaming and everything about it. All genres, all styles. I grew up playing all major consoles and PCs in the 80s and 90s, either owned or through friends, and have never once stopped. Halo, Sonic, Undertale, Witcher, Nancy Drew, Angry Birds (and its Newgrounds original), Need for Speed, Pony Island, Fatal Frame, Final Fantasy, Madden, King's Quest...if someone puts a game in front of me, I'm likely to want to play it, and my only real sorrow is that I don't have infinite time or money to play and/or beat them all.
That's about 50% of everything anyone really needs to know about me. Beyond that, though: I'm a strange mashup of "typical 80s-style gamer nerd" and "Millennial Capitalist". I tend to be very reserved in real life, but I like to think I'm also somewhat shrewd. People are constantly surprised by the street smarts I have considering my background, but I'm still somehow very naive about a lot of how the world works. Lots of peaks and valleys with me. The one thing that doesn't really change is my attitude: I can be very down on myself, but I will almost never be down on anyone else no matter what the reason.
Hope to see you guys out there! Now who's up for some Zelda BS?!
