Yeah I just crawled out of a another attempt a Civ III about two months ago, I can't seem to get to the launch without being crushed or wiping the other civ's out. Completely agree about the mood thing, mine is usually just shy of addicted

Yes, i've played Civ 5, and i love it , was stuck in it day and night, but it requiers certain mood to play for me), it didn't hook me like my fav RTS games, but it is certainly the game i'll eventually come back to.

Hi Tom! have you ever tried Civilization? It's kind of a C&C meets SimCity thing. I had to go thru a 12 step program to get my life back!

I liked sc combat a lot, and terran mechanics were my thing totally.
But i am more of a base building lad you can't turtle every match in sc2 haha

Yeah, SC2 is a lot harder than most games. But I think that's because it's better. It's extremely well balanced and the races are unique and distinct from each other. Compared to games like Generals where the armies are mostly the same, yet have a few "special" units per General, that's an incredible accomplishment. But after working on the game for 10+ years prior to release (including SC1) and another 8 years after release, I'd say they'd dang well BETTER have the gameplay perfected by now. Lmao.

Yeeaahh, so true about the sims haha!, i remember when i built whole underground lab for my sim and spent more time designing it than actually playing with it))
Sims 3 and spore were dope).
Generals and RedAlert were my favs, i would love to play remastered RA tho)
I was trying to get into SC2 but couldn't keep up with the apm

Ooo. I played TF2 for a great many hours (days, weeks, etc.) in 2007-2010 but my friends never picked it up so I moved on. My favorite map was lazytown_lazynite

I love C&C, very stoked about the remaster for the first titles in the main and RA franchises. I never got into HOTS (heroes) but I loved HOTS (Heart of the Swarm) and I must have dropped a thousand hours into DS HOTS (Desert Strke HOTS -- now called Direct Strike) in SC2 custom games!

I was a huge fan of Maxis-era Sim City 2000, and even Sim City 3000, and I remember begging my mom to buy me Streets of Sim City (GTA clone) but I never got into The Sims... it just seems boring after you customize your character and build your house.

My first gaming experience was with PS1: Tekken3, Red Asphalt and TLV were my abosolute favs, but The Adventures of Lomax was just godly masterpiece.
Then i bought PS2(shipping from japan on release, eyetoy edition) and had a great collection of games.

    I am playing mostly on PC these days. I have near 2k hours in TF2 playing since 2011;
I love RTS genre, big fan of all C&C RTS games,
and i am a huge fan of Warhammer universe and wh40k DOW series of RTS.
My most favorite game of all times and the very first steam purchase is Terraria

I was playing Heroes of the storm recently (beta player and supporter) but after recent Blizzcon i left the game, with its neverending flaws, dissapointed and digging Path Of Exile right now)

I also like sims a lot, but i don't like EA)
