Hello and question on guide posting

Hello I'm Oneunderall and I found this site through the kind folks who shared the story about it at voat.

I'm currently working on turning my phone into an all out emulator device for my "retro" games (NES/Genesis to Nintendo Wii). Where on this forum can I post such a thing?

'Retro games' probably.
No tech subforum is avainable right now
