Will there be any username rules?

If any variant of the rules I suggested get applied, see rule 5: Don't be a dick.

That is to say, if your username is going to cause obvious and immediate offence to large numbers of people, then it's probably a wise idea to consider another username.

Honestly, if it's that hard to find another username aside from say, "NaziFan88" then even I, someone who is terribly laid back, would be reaching for the ban button.

Silly question for the group, I'm not completely familiar with the term doxxing If part of a twitter discussion is posted and the username is visible would that be considered doxxing and a violation of #4, or is publicly available information OK? .

Username is public information.
Doxxing is to connect the username to the real name and personal info.

Whatever you/we/they do, please don't call it a code of conduct, I nearly gagged when I saw the thread title over my aversion to anything that remotely smells like SJW/NPC language. The open source community is reeling from this garbage and I think everyone can plainly understand what "Rules" are without getting all preachy.

You need to ensure that people can not get threads closed by having them derailed just remove their posts and them if necessary. It's a frequent occurrence on Gajin/Warframe official forums and it's a SJW toy too. It has to be in rules to follow so Moderators cannot close threads they dislike by having them flooded by some retards/fake accounts.

I can distil the CoC into one sentence. Don't be a jerk. As long as we adhere to that rule this site should have a long and prosperous life .If you feel like you need to let your inner jerk flag fly head over to another site get it out of your system and come home.We will be waiting.
