I don't know what this means. Trivia, as in quizzes, questions that make you go hmm, etc.? Or Trivial? The links in your post make it confusing what you're asking for because they are many various suggestions for different subforums. Trivia, ok maybe, but I wouldn't use the word Trivial as the title of a subforum, it has a negative connotation.

?? Not sure. It isn't used to mean that where I am. There are many different versions of English.

Several people have asked for a subforum about movies or books or other media basically, so what about that? Video Games in Other Media? Sounds kind of weird... Maybe someone has a better name for it

It's either "Trivia" or the "off-topic", generally speaking

But movies tv shows books music about video games is not off topic . Elsewhere I supported an off topic subforum as well for things really off topic like the mating habits of the common finch, etc.

My opinion is that any sub-topic that is off topic by design is a slippery slope. "Exclusively Games" is pretty specific after all. We already have confusion with people thinking Final Fantasy belongs in the RPG sub-forum. I think we need more explicit descriptions of sub-forums and stricter moderation in terms of moving topics before we add more.

Personally I think all this talk of adding more topics is a little premature. Not saying it's a bad idea, just saying maybe hold off until the website is up.

Surely the forum content - and the topics covered - should be somewhat in sync with the website content. The website is what's really going to set the tone for Exclusively Games, so maybe once that is officially launched, then we can look at tweaking and shaping the forum to suit. Otherwise we risk taking the forum in all sorts of directions and losing focus on what Exclusively Games is all about.
