Mouseover/hover

i've noticed that not that many elements, that could use a mouseover, on this page have a mouseover.
For example the topics featured on "latest topics" and "trending", on the forums landingpage, definitly need a mouseover in case the title is too long.
I know for a fact that this is very easy so there are no excuses!
