I'm on Chrome myself. Every post is slow to load, even on https, and I usually get an Unresponsive popup that I select Wait on and eventually the page fully loads.

People complaining on Discord that the "recover password" is not sending out the email.

There is still something wonky going on. Very often after opening a page I get page rendered, but cannot interact with page at all (maybe JS consuming all resources or waiting for something from BE so user input is locked until BE responds?). Just few minutes ago I tried to open a new post page (not submitting a new post) and waited over a minute while being locked off from any input, then gave up, refreshed tab and in few seconds it was ok. I don't know, I might be oldfashioned, but this forum feels unnecessarily JS heavy (it probably sounds kinda weird coming from a guy who writes front-ends in JS for a living ).

We're looking into it. There are a few updates that went live to increase security and the like. If the problems still occur, we shall make moves to locate the issue and address them.

At this moment it takes about 2-3 minutes for the post new topic page to properly load.

It took a few days for me to realize you can actually post a new topic, you just have to let it load a long time. Ah well we are still in beta I assume, since the funding campaign ends today.

I'm assuming this is a placeholder forum that'll be migrated to a more performant host once the site is fully up and running. Official comment would be nice though to confirm that Jeremy & co know.

I've had all the same bugs. Site feels like it's getting more stable. The Oompa Loompa's will be working hard behind the scenes. Be patient, they'll get there. It's a small team. Lets just be thankful Behtesdsa support didn't make this forum.

Looks like it's definitely not possible to quote more than once in a single post.
The combination of embedded media (images, videos) and multiple links in a single post is a no-no too.
