    People should be highly encouraged to search before opening threads. Even if it's just a cursary look.

    The problem there is that people don't use the search before making a suggestion. We could do with a sticky though with things not to suggest any more. It won't stop people making those suggestions because post count, but it would give mods a reason to just insta-delete those threads.
