Thoughts on EG having an anime section

I really think just sticking to games is the way to go. Anime itself is a MASSIVE undertaking, just as big as games. That being said, of coarse anime games are great........
AND while we are on the subject, maybe a whitelist system for the good and bad anime games that Steam likes to shove on it's sale page by the hundreds, as it's probably impossible to review them all, and some look OK to be fair. Just can't really trust the review scores when some seem to be rated higher than AAA's?!?

I cant say no to anime tiddies. However I would personally think that making a general non gaming topics section would be a better idea where we can discuss other stuff than games like movies, anime, music etc.

I wouldn't mind a sub section for anime (2 in fact) one for general talk on the subject and the other for review.

I think a off-topic section would be better so people can discuss what they like such manga, movies, books and anything releated to escapism/geekdom

If by an anime section you mean an area where JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is discussed at length then yes
If you mean anything else... then... maybe, IDK, I imagine there are plenty of weebs here who would enjoy a discussion area, and it couldn't hurt, it is a nerd thing, and if it kept in line with the themes of the forums it would probably be ultimately harmless, but then given that this place is "exclusively games" I'm not sure

But anywhere more discussion of JoJo's may occur I am in favour of, I love that show, like, it is really really good.

That's far from the truth, I love anime. What I'm saying is, this site/forum is called "Exclusively Games", and the idea is to create a space people can talk about games. If suddenly the forum is taken by people talking about the latest episode of "Boruto", polls about which "My Hero Academia" character you are or how awesome "Dororo" is, there will be attrition.

P.S: "Dororo" is really good, you should watch it. Not for the faint of heart, though.

Personally, I don't really mind an anime forum here. I may browse it from time to time but nothing more than that. Although I feel as if we need to draw the line somewhere to differentiate our forum for "exclusively video games" and some other random forum board.

We should have an anime section considering alot of games tie into it and there's plenty of anime fans here. The forum doesn't need to be exclusively games like the rest of the site.

I like anime, but I agree with Jack. A 'General Forum' where an anime thread could exist would be better rather than pages upon pages of sub forums.

There's a lot of anime themed video games, especially visual novels which are debatably games to begin with. I'd appreciate a section for it but I don't feel it's necessary.
