I think it is important to give light to smaller studios that are trying to get back to the heart of gaming, which I think is also the intent of this website. So, I would like to see a new small studio or independently developed game get some spotlight every week. This works for video and paper/tabletop games, though I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to separate them into separate series'.
This could go hand-in-hand with a "Crowdfund of the Week/Month" series.
The way I see it, small studios are where the future of gaming is, or at least they will be the driving force that makes larger studios' publishers snap into shape when we see some more Minecraft-like success stories (that hopefully don't sell out and get ruined...).
… I miss the subscription/expansion and player-owned server models for mainstream games... come back to me 2008... I want more than Minecraft....
