[Question] is it okay to dump ROM files say the SNES classic?

Knowing that Nintendo has been cracking down on ROMs would it be okay for me to say upload my ROM file on my computer two-way user that may want it? I do not want Nintendo to start paying attention to this website with correlation to ROMs. I have about a collection of 30+ ROMs and would like to share my list of games I added to my SNES classic.

Nintendo isn't about to let us have nice things. We can talk about the games just don't share em.

That may be more of a "hey I'm not saying I have these roms, but if you pm me I may know where you could find them"

If you start sharing the files through the website at all, not only can Nintendo shut it down, but they can also sue you and the web administrator.
