I'm going to come out and be blunt with you the forums aren't that great. It's not that you're using vBulletin as I wouldn't care if you used SMF or IPB or any other it's just the current state of the forums are very simplistic and outdated. I understand your editing theme such as Dark Red to create your own theme which is fine but you're forgetting simple stuff such as renaming the theme and it may be best to edit from the default theme first or removed it from being selected. I know it may be too much to have a custom forum created so even small changes and removing outdated things can help the website or forum.
I highly suggest removing outdated things like in contact information. It badly needs to be updated as everything but Skype has been Discontinued. I wouldn't suggest you remove contact information just the listing of discontinued messengers and contacts and maybe improve it by adding Discord, Steam, Origins, Ubisoft, Account ID etc... which is currently active. You also need to have a light and dark theme so people can read without hurting their eyes which have already been suggested.
Anyways I hope to see improvements.
