E-mail verification for forum registration and MTX filter for games/reviews on site

Just tossing in a few quick suggestions since I just got here.

1) Might want to add e-mail verification before allowing people to post or use up the email for their account. At worst it can allow someone to use another person's email as their own to post here and possibly impersonate someone. It will also help filter out the less dedicated forum spammers who want to put up link backs to their site for SEO.

2) Given that microtransactions are a thing now in $60 AAA games, perhaps it would be nice to be able to filter the games listed on the site and the available reviews by games with MTX and games without MTX.

Good suggestions, especially the email verification. That's a must for any forum/registering procedure, even in phpbb forum setup there was ability to setup email sending from the server. I guess it's on the list and i hope they implement it asap to help stop undesirables with bad intentions from infiltrating the forums.

It could be the DB. When I tried to make a new post to write this it was loading for at least 2-4 minutes before I was able to write anything.

Both are great suggestions. The importance of the first one cannot be overstated, & the second is just a neat little thing to make the user's life that much easier.
