Having a look through the User Review section it looks like it might be an idea for one of your editors to set up a general guide for user reviews, which could be stickied at the top.
Both to give people somewhat of a structure to work around, as well as to include some basic information that'll help make their reviews more professional.
Even just some recommended dot points as far as what to cover and what to consider (ie how to provide valuable information to various audiences of the game), maybe some layout/formatting suggestions, and also some basic info on the game they are reviewing itself, like full name, perhaps a link to the official publisher, what platforms it is available on, etc.
This should also help develop people who may be able to provide more professional content that you feature on your site in the long run.
