I haven't gotten that many. I have the Super Nt, but I also use an OSSC so I can play Saturn and N64 games with HDMI output, modified from RGB signals.

Bear in mind that the OSSC will send weird resolutions to your display and capture card... make sure to have devices that accept those weird signals.
If I'm correct, my DC sends 1360x960p and my xbox sends 1380x960p yet both of them are 480p so, your tv might accept some signals but not others and it's pretty hard to know in advance. On the VideoGamePerfection forum, people have posted a compatibility list or you can ask directly to people if your TV is a "good" TV (or capture card) for the OSSC

I bought myself a cheap LG (model UJ6300 49" for £429 more than a year ago) and I'm very happy with it. The TV is average overall but it has some really cool strengths :
11ms of input lag in game mode (less than a frame)
4K 3840x2160
HDR 10bit up to 60Hz
takes anything I threw at it so far (except 240p x3, but I haven't tried really hard as I can get x4 and x5)
You can't burn the screen (especially great for interlaced content used with BOB de-interlacing)
cheap af !
So if you're looking for a cheap TV that would be great for current gen gaming (true 4K + HDR10 @60 + 11ms of input latency) as well as retro consoles paired with an OSSC (outstanding compatibility and again 11ms of lag) I would recommend this one.
But from what I've heard, all recent LG are basically similar so, you can pick the one you like the most. What you can do is use mine as a point of reference, bearing in mind that it would cost you less than £400.

Again, my TV is average, any SONY TV owner would laugh at some of my specs, but I could laugh back at him/her as soon as I turn my OSSC on ^-^ So, not the perfect tv by any mean, but the combination :
cheap, great compatibility with OSSC, no burn-in risk, low latency and a decent compatibility with current gen consoles makes it pretty good all things considered.
