I always liked him as a gaming-meme 'cause of the Braid video and that video of his trip to Japan where he bought a Yakuza spin off for PS3, and Nintendo vs roms or intellectual property laws in general is a complex conversation, but a celebrity selling overpriced, rom filled bootleg consoles is really pushing your luck.

Nintendo is borderline Disney Yakuza when they want to be, but I foresee the Fortnite dance lawsuit sphere of twitter putting up a big fight for Soulja Boy.
