I remember people at the lobster fishing spot while I was F2P always talking trash on Wow and saying it was a rip-off of RS. Lol, good times.

That's probably what'll take to get me playing it again. I used to be in a "business" clan where we sold resources to people that were guaranteed to be 100% bot-free collected. It's what motivated me to get 99 RC, since I ran the RuneCrafting branch.

Thanks my friend. I'll check it out. I actually do play some overwatch and have tried Paladins on switch, but decided it wasn't for me. So its probably going to keep me interested. Cheers!

I don't even play Paladins or Overwatch and still enjoyed this video of his immensely.

Go try Iron man Mode. No GE, no player trading, no picking up any items dropped by other players; it's a great challenge.

I wish I could stand listening to Joe Rogan because his shows last forever and would be perfect for runescape.
I don't participate in black market sale of party hats. I've seen too many good men go down that dark road. Too many put behind bars for that crime. So many end up in the varrock slums that way. It's no life I want to live.

I'll check out this "shammy" though to be sure I have the right place I'd appreciate a link. I don't care if its gaming related, I'm obviously interested in the topic. I like learning stuff sure, but I like to know gaming stuff too. There is one guy I'll have to find who did some huge video essays on bethesda's games and interviewed a couple of the Original creators of the Elder Scrolls games which are both like 3 hours long I've yet to dig into.

Shammy is really good for lengthy videos with great content, but they're specifically about games.

Got any party hats you wanna sell? xD

I play OSRS pretty heavily. I got back into it for a nostalgia kick after hearing of the mobile release and got addicted again. I've got a really chill and helpful clan as well so it's even more fun than it was when I was a kid.

Old School has already evolved quite a lot with updates so it doesn't really feel like the original anymore either, but that is okay. It has been better than what the maingame did, but it is still introducing too much lazy unbalanced content. I think as long as more and more casual players come on board, the more that imperfect ideas will pass polls and make it into the game. For example the new shark fishing method was added while fishing trawler is still the worst method for anything at all levels.

Those were the days. I played from '06 to around 2011 or so when they made the Evolution of Combat update which turned into "RS3." One of the last things I remember is how I didn't like they were making the game too easy. In particular I grinded to get 99 Runecrafting, the hardest skill in the game, but shortly after they made something called Runespan which was like 10x faster than the older methods of training. Dunno if RC is a common skillcape to have now, but it would kinda suck if it was. Worked so hard to get it the old-fashioned way.
