The Night Watch mission on TWINE (The World Is Not Enough).. I got stuck on this level repeatedly, it's ridiculously hard to not get caught even using all your stealth, and it's confusing to know where you are actually supposed to go. I'm proud to say I beat this level 20 years later with the help of Youtube :-D What's worse is it's fairly early on in the game so it probably stumped a lot of people, who may have given up and played Goldeneye instead...

Beating that freaking ogre from the Tekken 3, God, i hate that guy, keeping me from unlocking the chars in the last moment, and the music was so kinky.
Jinpachi from the tekken 5 - Basically Ogre 2.0 (my nerves Jinpachi!! NERVES!!!)
Terraria Expert mode was hard but it adds even more enjoynment in this case

Halo 2 has gotta be the hardest Halo game on Legendary.Originally posted by Eldarion View PostBeating Truth and Reconciliation on Legendary (I beat every other mission in Halo CE first. When you first lift onto the ship you just get slammed by a bunch of cloaked super strong elites that wipe out your marines almost immediately then focus on you. I think the trick was to do enough damage before they get all killed so that whatever enemies are left aren't too much to handle alone, but yeah that part was so hard for me. To be fair Halo 2 had a much harder legendary mode, I couldn't beat a single stage).

Has anyone ever beaten Giga Bowser when he's teamed up with Ganondorf and Mewtwo on Super Smash Bros Melee? I never could do that.Last edited by PriestTroit; 12-18-2018, 03:48 PM.

Some of my hardest gaming experiences would be
Beating the original NES Ninja Gaiden (Couldn't beat the final bosses as a kid, kept trying and eventually did it in college)
Beating Batman on the NES
Beating Truth and Reconciliation on Legendary (I beat every other mission in Halo CE first. Going flawless in trials of osiris. I was a average at best player in Destiny 1, and I was carried by the best players I ever met. But it was still incredibly hard each time. I think I made it 4 or 5 times in total, each time I was carried heavily. But I still had to contribute. Trials of osiris was the hardest multiplayer I ever played.
Landing on the first moon in kerbal space program, then managing to get back to orbit without landing gear. I activated a transmission which extended the antenna which allowed me to just barely get off the ground. After achieving orbit I tried many times to get back to kerbin, but I just didn't have enough fuel not matter what I tried. I could get back to kerbin, but I couldn't slow myself down enough to not explode during rentry. I eventually needed a rescue mission to bring back Jeb.
Landing on the second moon of kerbin in kerbal space program. I had made an impressive ship with a seperate ship for leaving the planet but I didnt have enough fuel to land. I tried a bunch of times and it didn't work. So I detached the escape ship, landing the main ship, now free from the extra weight could do it. Then landed the escape ship seprately. a fair distance from the ship that had the science lab. Luckily moving around minmus is quick with as long as you have propellent.
Being poised to beat xcom2 on commander difficulty. I more than likely could have done it, I had beaten the 3 alien kings and was close to the end but I kind of got bored with the play through. I was experience with xcom original pc/ps1 and played tons of enemy unknown/within. So I was more than a little embarassed when I started xcom2 and couldn't handle veteren diffculty. I retarsted and even rookie was hard. So when I finally got good enough to be succesful on commander it was gratifying.
Almost any achievements I got in Dead or Alive 4
Playing the original Starcraft on Battle.net. It was 2v2 on Big Game Hunter a very common map. There was a trend where two people who were friend would purpose go on opposing teams. Then help their friend to defeat their partner then try to force the remaining player to ally up so they could both get a win. I was having a bad week and series of games where I did good but ultimately lost and no one would let me ally. So after I beat the first player on the opposing team and my teammate wanted me to ally with the remaining one I said no. Then he switched sides and it became a 2v1. I had was a decent protoss player, and was good in the early game so I had built quick and used up most of my forces defeating first guy. and I was super pissed off. The most angry I'd ever been in a starcraft game. I finally get a win and was getting it snatched away from me. So my rage disallowed me from quitting. I built the best defense I could for the attack that was about to come and at the same time I built 2 expansions because I knew there was no other way I could afford enough stuff to stop their attacks. Since I needed so much money I couldn't afford to defending them at all so I just build lots of workers and hoped they wouldn't find them. I had to beat back several waves of attacks before they eventually stopped attacking and started to build more stuff for a stronger attack. I kept it simple. I build tons of dragoons and zealots, and about size arbiters I was gonna warp into one of their bases as well as move a large force from the entrance. It worked. The most satifying part was they tried allying with me before quitting when they knew they were done for.
Beating Skolas in prision of elders pre nerf in Destiny 1
The bank robbery mission inf GTA4. I don't think too many people found this as difficult as I did. But I find it incredibly frustrating. I could move ahead quickly no problem, and I could play it safe a take out everyone shooting at me no problem. When I had an immensely difficult time doing was moving at the pace of your accomplices while keeping them alive because if one goes down it was mission over. They wanted to move ahead fast but not fast enough, but too fast to play it safe.

Hm...tough. I could say beating Perfect Dark on Perfect Agent and getting all the cheats, but at the same time getting through Alundra was extremely tough and challenging as well even with a guide that game was insane.

I beat the original Rockman/Megaman game. It didn't have saves. I was able to beat the original Mario Brothers with no deaths and like 2 million score.
For mobile, I played Panzer Waltz (mobile tank girl game) without paying and I used a group of starter tanks that people didn't consider viable for finishing the story mode. I upgraded them enough to finish the story. Until that point people said only max gold tanks were viable. That took me about 3 months to do.
When Darkest Dungeon first released (beta, prior to releasing the Darkest Dungeon itself and other features), I played it to the end with 0 deaths on my first playthrough.
Fun times

I remember playing Metal Gear Solid on PS1and finally figuring out i had to switch controller ports to beat Psycho Mantis. Thought that was a brillant Idea. I did not have a computer, interenet service or a help guide in 1998.
