My brother and I went to see the KH3 displays they have at Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida. They have large keyblade displays and playable demo of Olympus and the Toy Story world. I took some pics and recorded my brother's gameplay. The exhibit will be open for a month and is located across from the Under Armor store near the Lime Garage parking area. If you're in the area, definitely check it out.
