I always choose imperials. Mainly because I have nothing against the thalmor. They have a right to be thalmor. And act thalmor. I don't have to understand or even like any individuals cultural background to agree that the guards getting shot in the knee is a much bigger problem that we all need to focus on.
And I'd prefer to attack whiterun during the war questline for the sheer odd chance at taking out Nazeem in the process. Also a much bigger problem than the thalmor in my opinion.

Yeah, they didn't really do a good job of making the Imperials seem even remotely relatable. I get that they wanted to have a good choice and a bad choice. But it just seems lazy to have the bad choice with no real moral grey area with it.Originally posted by Xalimech View PostStormcloaks. Skyrim is for the Nords. Not going to lie....that bit was so chaotic I didn't even realise I had a choice, I just ran toward the first marker I saw and ended up with the Imperials.

I chose Stormcloaks but I abandoned that questline entirely when I realised how unimersive it was, and unresponsive to player choices.
The real question is: Nod or GDI?
