What do you think of the gaming year of 2018?

Pretty Sparse... in terms of Excellent AAA titles

'Tis a bloody disaster is what it is. I am very dissapointed with my favourite companies (Bethesda and Blizzard), and I fear for the games from them that I've been looking forward to (Elder Scrolls 6 and Warcraft 3 Reforged respectively).

2018 is the year I finally betrayed Nintendo and instead of their console, I bought the one from Sony. Also, the "remaster" of Mark of the Ninja was released, so it was a good year.

Personally, this probably is mostly because I go out of my way to avoid politics so haven't payed attention to any of the popular news sources spreading doom and gloom, but this year in gaming has been pretty great for me.

I've had a lot of fun with AC Odyssey, red dead 2, and a few others that released on my console of choice this year. As well as the fun I've had with Diablo 3 and Skyrim (with mods (: ). Still got a couple current games that I have not even started yet like the new god of war.

Some good games but overally pretty bad, I'm not impressed.
