I'm notoriously bad for not finishing a ton of games, partially because I find that I've gotten way pickierover the years and just lack of time between work, training and other stuff. I did beat what I thought was worth it though.

    God of War
    Doom
    Red Dead Redemption 2
    Journey
    Super Mario Odyssey

I really enjoyed Hard Reset, I thought the cyberpunk world the developers created was really well done. I might pick up the rerelease and give it another go.

I just got into Battlefront 2 (the one from 2005 I assume is the one you mean) and modding it, this game is intense.

Just beat the Attack of the Clones campaign, the mods add more.

Well well, it's 2019. And I have beaten one game. Far Cry 5. Or more accurately that game beat me because you aren't actually allowed to do anything in that game. Yeah, Ubisoft finally accomplished what no other open world sandbox developer could. They made it linear. More ironically, they set a sandbox game in America and the player has no Freedom.

Ni No Kuni 2 (I am a huge fan of the first game.... This one was very disappointing.)

Yeah that stuff bothered me as well. The main story is a step below a Fire Emblem, and the character development ain't great. As far as being a fun romp, though, it delivers in my opinion. Especially since hard mode.

Ugh...as a DS collector I am ashamed to say I still haven't really played Professor Layton games and I have all of them....even the Phoenix Wright team up game. I love the concept, but haven't had the mind to sit down and do it.

Also did Xenoblade 2, it was a fitting end. I wonder if there will be a 3, or if they will start fresh with a new world and universe to play around with though.

Sucks about Ni No Kuni I heard good stuff about the first one.

              Well Merlin.
There is a reason I play Layton at winter, I live in Denmark, it is cold, dark and you don't wanna go outside. It is really a game I think is nice to take it slow with, just... Sitting all wrapped up in a blanket, a big pot of tea, no rush, everything is slow and cosy. That's the kind of game it is and how I like to play it. It is a time to relax game.
Kind of people who use sudoko or cross words to relax I suppose.

I think they are done with Xenoblade for now, I mean... Where do you go from here? The two worlds were connected because it was actually our world split into two. So now we've been to both worlds, and both worlds has been re-created to become their own world which is no longer a slave to the old world, so they don't even want to merge back into one, they are too independent now.

HOW-EVER! That Xenoblade is over doesn't mean that the "Xeno-verse." is over! Remember, Xenoblade is actually part of a much larger universe that include "Xenogears" and "Xenoverse." both are actually being refereed to in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (Though you need to be a fan to catch it.)
SO! There are two options here, either remake of Xenogears or Xenoverse, which you would be fantastic if you ask me, the stories in those are great but the gameplay very out dated and lacking.
OR! There is a new Xeno plot line going to a different times ones again and isn't as directly connected to blade, again like the other games. connected, but not AS directly connected.

Ni No Kuni 2. Well the game wasn't awful, it wasn't broken or unplayable or anything.
Heck, pure gameplay wise it was superior to the first Ni No Kuni game, as much as I love the world and story of the first game the combat... really is the worst part about it. It's not a very good combat system.
The combat in the new game how-ever is great, no kidding.
But yeah, it is just sad because all the elements are there, the wanting to make the best game they possible can is there... And they just miss the mark! That's what makes it sad.
If they had been able to bring in a script writer from Studio Ghibli like in the other game, then maybe... It would indeed have become a little heartfelt gem like the first one.
But sadly... It was not to be.

Wish I could make myself keep going through DS. Love 2 and 3 but something about 1 just doesn't mesh with me. Maybe it's the difficulty, which sounds strange since I 2 and 3 are probably in my top 20 of all time.

            How was Kirby?
