I know there is a lot of hate for Gamestop out there, but I have always had good experiences with them. I would say maybe 1 out of every 10 games I order from them online have an issue. I simply bring those games to my local Gamestop and they always exchange it no questions asked. I have also ordered consoles from them, and I have always gotten quality hardware. I have heard some horror stories from other people online, but I have never experienced it though.

Any store selling physical copies, prob because i remember the days when i was a kid who had to "go on a journey" to find some games and because i rarely do it these days having steam available.

I usually go where I can find good deals no matter the seller. Gamestop, Flea Markets, Retro Stores. It's fun checking out different places.

Haven't purchased a retail game in years. I got my games from greenmangaming and cdkeys almost exclusively in the past 3 or 4 years.

My only real option is gamestop like most people I think. Game Craze in Rochester NY is excellent if it's still open. The, by far, best game store I've ever seen is Video Game Heaven in Chesapeake VA.
Not only do they have retro games and systems/ paraphernalia, but the owner has a system/game repair bench in store. If your consoles games are unplayable they can fix them for you in store(most likely) while you fucking watch! A real gem if you're in that area.
