I didn't see a thread for specifically Kingdom Hearts so I'd thought I'd take the liberty to make one.

So are you any of you excited for a game we waited for 12 years to come out next month?

I played 1 back in the day, and really liked it. Never got far in 2 and missed the boat, but I won't let that hold me up on playing 3. Looking forward to it.

If you have a PS4 I recommend picking up a copy of the entire collection of the series to catch up on everything.

I'll play/replay them eventually, but my backlog is ridiculous and there's no way I can get through them before 3 comes out. I've always thought games media overblow how "confusing" and "strange" Kingdom Hearts is... Disney x Square fan service mash up, action RPG gameplay, and a story with a beginning, middle and end. What's not to get?

That's why I had bought a PS3. That didn't work out so well sadly.

I am definitely looking forward to it! I just hope they don't focus on the newer disney animated movies. Part of what made KH great, at least in my opinion, was the pre-2000s Disney movie worlds.

Sort of.... I won't be getting it on release since i dont have a tv to play it on atm but I fear I might not get a satisfying ending with how incredibly convoluted the story has become for the sake of milking the franchise.

I played the shit out of KH 1 +2 when I was a kid.

I have now also played "Birth by sleep." and is up to date with all the other bullshit that has gone on in this franchise... Dude I need closure man.

These games may not be as good as I think they are, it is entirely possible I am biased by pure nostalgia as I played these games A LOT when I was a kid, it was kind of my first in a major game.

The funny thing is, what I am looking the most forward to is just to see how the bloody story ends! My god.

Terra had his body stolen and his heart is lost to darkness, Ventus has been sleeping for ten years. Xion is in a state of "None existence." but is slowly re-emerging.
Axel has become Lea again, and he is still missing his friends. Not just Roxas and Xion, but also Isa whom is now Siax and has become half Xehanort. So what is going to happen there? Can we save Isa or do we need to murder him?.... again...
These Organization members, apparently they can't die... I thought I murdered them all in "Chain of memories." and "kingdom hearts 2." but they are all back now..... I kind of hope that gets explained.

I mean the ones who became whole again I sort of get. You kill their nobody and it merges back with their hearts creating an entire being. How-ever... What about those whom are STILL nobodies, what is Larxene doing in that trailer? How are you here?
How is Xion here? .... I don't know what is going on....

There's a lot of bullshit going on here I need a conclusion to all right. I am to invested in this now, I need that ending!
