Pokémon Let's Go question..

Anyone else have Lets Go and can confirm this? I was wondering and can't find anything anywhere else, but if you have a level 100 beat something, does it give more exp to the rest of the party? Since it doesn't take any itself? Do the older games work like that? When I'm doing my run of the gym leaders, doing it with a level 100 would make it easier

Can't say I ever noticed it does tbh, my Eevee was the only 100 before I went to Victory Road and beat the Top 4. It's kinda hard to see anyway since the game won't tell exactly you how much the others get.

I don't think so. I was trying to raise a team to lv.100 so I could start hyper training. They reached 100 at different times. Didn't look like any additional exp was given to those that didn't reach 100 yet.
