If I am hooked on a game, I will at the very least finish the main story/quest. Otherwise, I play until I am bored or the game loses its charm. This isn't actually too bad of a thing as I can return to the game several months later and still discover new content. I have only 100% one game: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

Since this gen, its probably around 50% of titles. Sadly half of games that came out and I was interested in them was not good enough for me to waste my time on them. Before this gen I completed like 99% of games I played.

I finish surprisingly few games. The ones that I do finish go in a special place in my game library while the others go in a box to be given to friends or donated to Goodwill. You'd be surprised by the titles I never finished. God of War 4 and RDR2 are in that box.

Very rarely doing 100% except when I dont want the game to end (like Hollow Knight). If the game is ok but not great (like Sundered) I just do "bad ending" (quickest possible route to end credits). But overall I think I complete most games I start playing. Sadly its not very many games that are appealing to me that I have not already played

I finish games I enjoy. I don't want to take a double loss on money + time wasted trying to finish a game I don't have fun playing.

It depends on the type of game. With some I'm a completionist - have to find all the everything and get the skill points/achievements/trophies. Spyro and Ratchet and Clank come to mind here. With other games I don't worry so much about it - ignore side quests if I don't feel like it and just complete as needed to progress. A lot of the games I play are sandbox so apart from any achievements to complete, there isn't a defined "finish" to the game.

I do finish games in terms of seeing the end of a story, not in the autistic all achivements way.

Depends on the game, if it's good, I'll of course complete it. Otherwise if I don't like it, I get half way through; then I simply can't be bothered any more and I watch the rest on a playthrough.

I try to beat most games that I play. If I pay for it, I want to get as much entertainment as I can out of it. If I lose interest because it's boring or bad, I won't force myself to play it, I just trade it in. If I really like a game, I'll do all the sidequests and get the best stuff. Sometimes, I'll get 90% thru a game then realize that I didn't like it.

I like to play the games for their stories and gameplay. I try to %100 the story and at most i'll do 3 playthroughs. I will never %100 complete a game because I don't want to burn myself out on a game just in case ill want to revisit in the future. Some games I take a long while to complete (Mostly Indie games and Dark souls) since im either frustrated or play in bursts so I take a while but I get it done

I never finished Skyward Sword. I got bored and lost interest around the 7th trip to the same location...

It's unusual for me to finish a game. I usually play competetive FPS games, which can't be beat. Also, some of the achievements for them are damn near impossible.

However, recently I have started feeling the hunger to collect steam achievements and get perfect games. Maybe it's because I have an achievement showcase on my profile. Anyway, whenever I sit down at the comp and don't know what to play, I just look around for achievements I haven't unlocked yet.

I like to finish games and i dont as often as i think i should but im also fine with playing something for 30 hours and feeling like ive had enough without completing it. I've become a much bigger fan of shorter 6-10 hour games because i can complete it and move on to something else. I dont 100% stuff like i used to in high school just because i have so many more games available and far less time than back then.

I usually only play one game at a time ? I try to finish or get to the "end state" depends on what genre, not much of an achievement / trophy hunter. Very few games besides mutiplayer or sports will get another playthrough. Finished 70% of my collection.
