Do you play Normal or Inverted Controls?

I have a question and it may sound strange... I can not Fly planes in any game, anyone else in that boat? maybe it is just me.. I can fly Helicopters fine. I have tried tryed the inverted and other options but I feel lost trying to fly in a game. My neck gets stiff from my head twisiting up and down and around, i guess im trying to control the plane with my face... lol . Cars, Subs , motorcycles, Tanks, no problem. I dont have any health issues.Seems I just cant wrap my head around flying a plane in a 3d virtual space. WW2 need a back gunner i do fine , need someone to drop bombs good to go, Maybe its just me, oh yeah I do fine flying ships in outer space that I can do. Maybe it has something to do with the horzion line not quite sure.

Normal cause up is up and down is down. It makes sense to me.

I always set it to normal. If the game has a crosshair, I want the button I press to move the camera that direction. The only time I deal with inverted is if the devs are too sadistic to not include an options menu.

A bit of context might be more helpful. Are we talking PC or console? And what type of games?
Personally I only play PC games, and only use inverted Y-axis in flight simulators, otherwise it's normal controls.

I don't understand why inverted even exists unless you're a forklift driver or a helicopter pilot.
