I want the Drifters anime to become a game. Maybe a pure action game with a bit of resource management on the side.

Scarred Lands - before the recent reboot that took all the fun things out and made it super safe & boring - would make an awesome setting for a fantasy CRPG.
The current iteration of Eclipse Phase (prior to 2E) is the best sci-fi setting that I have ever read, so obviously that would make an awesome setting for a sci-fi CRPG.
I would definitely be open to a new Vampire: the Masquerade game. Probably not going to happen anytime soon, but one can dream of a better future.
I really, really, want to see Requiem for Rome and Fall of the Camarilla made as a mod for Imperator: Rome (so I should probably start working on that as soon as the game launches).
Those are the easy ones. Then there's a whole slew of regular books that I would like to see realized as games.

A game based on Kurt Wimmer's dystopian sci-fi action movie Equilibrium. Some really juicy controversial topics in this one, and the use of the Gun Kata fighting style would make for some interesting action.

Old Soviet war films from the 50s. Tons of potential for stylish shootouts and a dark story.

I did. I was destroyed by it, lol.
I'd love a Dolores Claiborne or Lisey's Story walking simulator thoug. Just randomly throwing those two out there.

You ever see the Dark Tower movie? Talk about ruining a good thing.
I bet something like Pet Sematary has potential to be a decent horror game, though.

If we assume that the product we get is going to be a quality game, then I'd like to see the "Talislanta" setting portrayed in an isometric crpg.
I'd also like to see a modern "Ravenloft" crpg.

Eh. I've never been a fan of licensed games. Been burned too many times... Maybe Goblin Slayer. I've been reading the light novels and plan to watch the anime sometime after. I guess it could make a neat turn-based game similar to Fire Emblem.

Stargate was supposed to get a Half Life 2 mod. But I don't think it ever got finished. There was also a horrible SNES game

I second this, as I have a complete collection of Clive's works.

Anything by Brandon Sanderson. Mystborn series and The Stormlight Archives would be perfect for video game adaptations. It helps that Sanderson is a gamer and these two works have already been adapted into Tabletops or TCG's.
