What's the rarest piece in your collection?
I have an EB Games SNES Bundle that came with Super Mario World and Super Mario Paint along with the mousepad and mouse. That set me back about $280 The Bundle pictured below has a better box than mine, but this is just so you guys could see what I got.
My SNES contents are all in just as good condition.

The Legend of Zelda Collectors Edition for the Game Cube is probably the rarest game I own.
I have a fair collection of "Official Guides" from Nintendo and some others that might qualify as rare but they're in storage and I can't remember where the inventory sheet is.

I looked up some details and it was called the starfox weekend. It was a weekend where the top score at each location won a jacket and there was another level I believe . Someone beat my score at Shopko with a crazy good score so I drove to the other shopko and managed to get the high score there.Originally posted by Merlin View Post
can you provide more details about what you mean by "won" and was it something official? It sounds like one of those things that could be chalice level rare.

I have very fond memories of playing on the Sega Channel and playing the Busy World of Richard Scarry. I wonder if there is even a way to play that game now.Originally posted by bogusdata View Post
No, I never did. I believe the first time I was ever properly online with a console was Phantasy Star Online (which actually worked pretty well). I vaguely remember messing around with Sega Channel at one point.

Did you ever get a chance to use yours? I seem to remember that I tried using it at least once, but either I never connected or there wasn't anything there worth mentioning, because I have no actual memory of the service itself.

Hmm, i have a working Intellivision with about 25 games in a closet somewhere. Made damn sure to keep copies of all good Square SNES carts (Secret of Evermore anyone?). I still have most of my 16bit and 32bit collections. This includes a large 3DO game collection, but no working console.

I have a test ps2 and a toploading NES. The rarest game I own would probably be the gamecube version of Twilight Princess.
