Fallout 3: My first fallout game. I have loved the post apocalypse setting for a long time and Fallout 3 was an interesting take on the setting with FPS and RPG mixed together really well. I also loved the story, side stories, well... it is still one of my favorite games to this day.

Final Fantasy VII: I loved it when I was a kid. I actually got in trouble many times for sneaking downstairs to play in the middle of the night and it was the first game that I had to explain to my parents what a save point was.

Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen: I have this on xbox 360, xbox one, and pc. I honestly don't remember how many times I've beaten it. I still wish they came out with a true sequel that expanded and improved on the game.

Tekken 3: I have never played any other fighting game as much as this one. Honestly, I'm kind of bored of fighting games now, but Tekken 3 still gives me a kick of fun.

Borderlands and Borderlands 2: Maybe not the best games ever, but still great games that I love to go back and play.

Halo, Oblivion, Skyrim and the Deus Ex Franchise. I think I have a few hundred hours at least on each game.

I remember when Mass Effect 2 came out. I couldn't stop playing it. It was a blast all the way until the end. It was the kind of game where you really didn't want it to end because the story was extremely gripping.

Have you ever thought about registering as a sex offender just so your friends won't bring their kids over to your house?

Persona 4 golden, finished it for the first time 2 months ago and immidiatilly wanted to replay it. I still feel itchy because I want to replay it, game left a great impact.
Also minecraft, once per month I play it for like 10 hours and than either realise that my building project is to big or single player survival isn’t fun (especially as a hermitcraft fan)
also lego games, although I got fatiqued from lego games after rushing several to get the platinum trophies, I own all off them until marvel 2, will be fun to replay them once I have kids of my own.
also the binding of isaac on switch, I’m currently waiting for the final 2 booster packs and the final expansion to jump in again.

As much of a meme Diablo is right now, DIII keeps me coming back every few months for another season of content. Even though it's the same shit, I seem to be able to take any excuse to do another play-through every now and then. I've looked into other, more varied options (in terms of gameplay, end-game, difficulty etc) like PoE and Grim Dawn, but there's something about the art style and polish of Diablo that has me on the ropes. Would be super cool to see them go a bit darker with the whole aesthetic/tone when it comes to Diablo IV though that's for sure.

I spent hours upon hours playing the Halo series, basically I didn't touch another game other than a Halo game from CE to Reach. Borderlands 2 broke me out of the Halo games, especially with the weak excuses Halo games created by 343. Played Borderlands 2 pretty much nonstop until Destiny.

Destiny was my go to until I started having kids, now I don't have much time for games like Destiny anymore. Plus, trying to use a controller around a toddler is pretty much impossible. I have recently fallen back into playing some "retro" games. Older PC games have been my jam lately. The last year or so I've been loving the old Command and Conquer Red Alert games.

Does playing over 5300 hours of Skyrim count as adicted?

Way too many hours into WoW. Finally managed to kick the habit near the end of legion, having had a coupla extended breaks. Started late Lich King and until i quit my main had hundreds of days, with a full complement of max level alts. At some point you just gotta say enough is enough, which i finally did. Mainly so i could have more time to play other games. WoW is the main and nearly sole reason for my huge backlog of games which i am still working my through.

                          Grand Theft Auto 3.

In 2001 the game was unbelievable. It's tame in comparison these days. But it's simplicity has me returning countless times over the years.

DOTA, any crash game and payday 2. Also Track and Field, 6.61 100m and 113m hammer, get on my level.

Dunno if it could technically class as an addiction game, but I have almost played Saints Row 2 through every year since it came out. The annoying part is that I only have it on PC now, which lacks the expansions, crashes a lot (yes, I use Gentlemen of the Row) and it tends to leave me wanting more so I almost inevitably end up playing The Third and 4, and while they're okay, they're also nowhere near as good (I will concede 4 is more fun if you treat it as a superhero game, The Third is just watered down 2).

The older Total war games (Rome, Shogun, Medieval 2 and Empire), I return to them again & again & again....In fact I might start and new campaign right now *itches arm furiously*
