Concerning Other M, there might be some cultural divide in the story telling that might have turned you off. If it was (but big N will never do) made an M rated game like Biohazard, maybe it would not have been too sappy clunky.

Shaq Fu or Superman 64. Both terrible. But I don't even LIKE Superman and he didn't deserve that.

I can't remember much but I know this game was one of them. Very difficult and uninteresting game.

Without a doubt there's been much worse games.. but this is a subjective topic. My number one gaming disappointment to this day is Neverwinter Nights 2. What a gut-wrenching experience that was.

I can't remember. Bad games are very forgettable.

On a technical level, the flat out worst I’ve played is probably Superman 64, Big Rigs, or E.T.

It's a toss up between Shaq Fu and Ride to Hell Retribution

I had three NES games growing up, SMB3, Tetris, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles... TMNT, this game, sucked... I NEVER got to the stupid dam as a kid.... and only know there is a dam in the game from watching the AVGN vid. I don't know who bought this game for me, and i don't want to know.

The only other game, or part of a game, that has left a comparable impression on me was the Old King Allant boss from demon souls. He sucked multiple soul levels from me and I of course failed to retrieve them. Lost forever in an instant. Hours of grinding souls just gone. I put the game down for a whole week, and never intended to touch it again. I only completed it because my roommate told me about a cheese method of killing him without triggering the actual fight using a bow.

Superman Returns: Fortress of Solitude, I was expecting an epic superman game, and all I got was some mediocre puzzle game, and the only thing that was superman was a minigame

C&C4 i could feel my soul wither as i watched a series i love to this day die at my fingertips. It was genuinely heartbreaking to play.

    For me it was:

Dick Tracy for NES - the first game I ever bought myself, the first time I had money... jesus
Rise of the Robots for SNES - rented it and it was the first game to make me even think there was a worst game ever
Dark Stone for PS1 - found it for $3 late in the PS1 collecting lifecycle, and still regretted even having it

I'm in the same boat -- felt very minimalist compared to other modern FPS games. I feel like there's a heavy aura of nostalgia among the fanbase so I don't usually talk down on it.

"Wetrix" for N64. I can't talk specific politics in here, but it was my first encounter with, let's say, "indoctrinative media" and the game surely suffered from it. 1/10 would not play again.
