I got the sneaky clothes and 5 hearts to be fair. However I just wanted to see how close I could get to the castle. Then I thought, "I wonder how far into the castle I can get." Then it just kept going until I got the boss fight, not knowing it would trigger, then I died, got spat out and made a harrowing journey back outside the castle.

Xenoblade is my davofavou game on switch. For smaller ones I recommend either golf story or Celeste

It's funny that you went first thing to hirule castle. I literally went to all areas before finally going for Ganon

xenoblade is a very JRPG game, its not for the faint of heart. Though I absolutely adore the series, both the first game and the one of the Switch...I don't know what genre you like, but I think everyone and their mom can enjoy Zelda Breath of the Wild to some extent. For someone like me who is a big zelda fan, it was a letdown somewhat as the lack of variety in enemies and puzzles got boring. However the exploration is top notch, combat is challenging, and the freedom to play the game in any order you want is great. I snuck into the final boss fight with 5 hearts just to see what the castle looked like inside.

This, Shovel Knight, and Risk of Rain are great buys. Great games you can take with you and just have a quick, fun romp with.

If you don't already have it on PC get Dead Cells. It's a lot of fun and perfect format for the switch (pick up and go type game). Lots of replay value.

I never said anything about western or AAA. I just said third party. My statement still stands, whether you are talking AAA or B studio... Western of Japanese. Just because the Switch has predominantly indie games as its third party offerings, doesn't mean Xbox doesn't get awesome indies. Also, for every Golf Story or another japanese title the Xbox doesn't have... The Xbox gets a Monster Hunter World, Resident Evil 2 or Kingdom Hearts III that won't be landing on the Switch. There's more Japanese games coming to the Xbox these days. Your memes are outdated. In any case, which is why there is also PS4 and PC. The Switch handheld is absolutely not the be all, end all system.

However even so I must disagree, I'm nearing 50 games on my switch, and I'm far from the only one with a switch library like that(It's becoming such a common theme, there's so many awesome games).
You disagree with what? You didn't say. It's fine you have a few third parties on your Switch. I just choose to use mine as an exclusive box since I can get the same games that perform and look better on my PC, PS4 or Xbox One. Also... I have over 400 games on my Xbox One. I'm far from the only one there too. I just don't know what your point is if it isn't trying to shit on Xbox out of fanboyism, lol. Like I said, your memes are outdated.

    • All the Wii U ports - Hyrule Warriors, New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe, Cpt Toad, DKC Tropical Freeze, ect - there is a reason these games are being ported
    • Mario Odyssey - best Mario game since NSMB on the original DS, imo
    • Zelda: Breath of the Wild - best Zelda games since Ocarina of Time, also imo
    • Mario Tennis Aces - A great singleplayer, co-op and multiplayer game, very, very good
    • Smash Ultimate - The definitive version of Smash Bros and one of my personal goty last year
    • Fire Emblem Warriors - if you are a fan of FE or Dynasty Warriors series, this is a perfect marriage of the two
    • Wii U Ports - I mentioned this earlier, but a few I wanted to point out that are outstanding and excellent are: Mario Kart 8, Pokken Tournament (dont sleep on this competent fighter) and Hyrule Warriors - these are the best of the best, imo
    • Octopath Traveler - haven't played this one yet, but everyone I know who has says its not only one of the best Switch titles, but also one of the best JRPGs ever made
For third party titles... get a Xbox One, Ps4 or PC. Performance and graphics take a HUGE hit with the Switch.
