I don't hate Fortnite per se. My biggest gripes with the game are the building mechanics mostly. I never got used to them and I don't really like having to farm the materials for it. I was also a bit disappointed by the treatment the "Save the World" game mode got. I was actually a bit excited when they first announced it and IIRC when the battle royale came out at first they said they were still very invested in the Save the World mode but we all know how that went. All in all, I just prefer to play other games in the same genre like Realm Royale (too bad the player base is quite small) and Apex Legends.Comment
