What SP games to look forward to in 2019?

This is a cry for help. With no proper game journalism site out there (that I know of). I have no way of learning about upcoming games releases.

So I'm asking for help, what can someone like me look forward to in 2019? Who:
    • Prefers PC
    • Wants to play solo (So no division 2 / Anthem, or any BR garbage)
    • Expects AAA production quality
    • Doesn't like cartoon graphics (Cell shading is a crime imo)
    • Not interested in a cash grab (ex: Far Cry New Dawn)
    • Hates games as a live service

sorry. this was my initial "knee jerk" reaction yesterday, before i made that one thread. its all good. you were the only one to reply to it so far, btw from those I @alerted. i agree with everything you said. there just seems to be a lack of tools for everyone to use.

I think you're in the wrong forum, Mummy. But Outter Worlds and Days Gone I'm pretty excited for. Hopefully that Metroid Prime Trilogy if it gets announced.

While MMOs specifically tend to be pretty high up on quality, when it comes to PC games(as long as you avoid the clones), and the like, I wasn't actually referring to such. In truth multiplayer games on PC, probally only make up 10-15% tops(they just sadly get most of the advertising push, PC games get, which Isn't much to beginwith, so yea).

I was referring to you basically black listing every indie game, nomatter their quality

That just shows that 99% of games are multiplayer nowadays. And to me multiplayer games are not worth playing.

Um, you just black listed 99% of PC games worth playing lol. However for shits and giggles I checked the only PC company worth a damn that Isn't black listed by you, and you would be in luck.

Stardock is releasing a huge expansion for Galactic Civ 3 on feb 21st, so you can buy that. Stardock makes such great games, they are to the strategy genre, what Sierra was to the Adventure genre, so yea they're top notch.

Fair enough. If it's marketed as Multiplayer then I guess it's not SP. I was under the impression that you could only team up in the Darkzone and if you do the Missions (the instances) where you have the option to invite other players. I was not aware that you could team up with others to do all the side missions and collectibles etc. In your main Base of Operations you can't even see other players. That's why I thought it was singleplayer with optional multiplayer. I mean Splinter Cell is singleplayer, but you can do the missions in Co-oP. It's still singleplayer right? This just confuses me!

because in a single player game you cannot be playing against other human beings... You are just playing a crafted world and AI.

    Most anticipated:
    -Death Stranding
    -Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

Also coming out, but not as hyped about them:
    -Metro: Exodus
    -Doom Eternal
