Trackmanio Turbo! It's a great arcade racer and you have to win bronze/silver/gold/platina medals to advance to the next set of tracks. There's loops, tunnels, stunts, power ups/downs and it has a great arcade like responsiveness to the automobiles. Also has online.

If you love shady business practices and overly aggressive in game ads, Street fighter might be your thing
Have you ever thought about registering as a sex offender just so your friends won't bring their kids over to your house?

I'm not that big a fan of fighting games either. I do like racing games however.

Some of my personal favourites are:

Need For Speed Underground 2 - It's got a lot of RPG elements to it because you can customize your cars and improve them in many ways, both in terms of how well they run and in terms of looks. You have plenty of racing modes like circuit, drag, drift, outrun, etc. It's varying, the graphics were cutting edge at the time and the soundtrack is really good.

F-Zero GX - A really hard and really fast racing game. I absolutely love it. If you're unfamiliar with the F-Zero series, it's a comic-style science fiction racing game where you drive hovercrafts at extremely high speeds. You run a high risk of crashing and your vehicle can crash and explode if you're not careful. You usually race on tracks that sometimes has walls that keep you from falling off, but sometimes not. Fallint off usually loses you time, but you also have a life bar that you need to keep high because after the first lap of every race you get boost power that allows you to gain speed at the cost of health. There are also healing areas on the tracks that can help you gain health back. I love both the story mode and the championship mode. It's balls to the wall hard but it is the good kind of hard. Its got lots of different vehicles and characters, lots of unlocks and just lots of content overall.

Sonic And All-Stars Racing Transformed - Out of all the kart games and fun mini racing games, this one is probably my favourite. Yes, I like it even more than the Mario Kart series. It's like Mario Kart in that you can play as several characters but instead of Nintendo, it's Sega characters. It's a bit like Diddy Kong Racing in that you three different vehicles; a gokart, a plane and a hovercraft, but in this game your vehicle changes shape and can become either one of them, depending on what part of the race track you're at. It's like your typical kart racing game; really good graphics, alot of characters and I really like the progression of the single player bit. It's challenging and you unlock an even higher difficulty after having beaten it on what was innitially the hardest difficulty.

Fighting game: Dragon Ball FighterZ. You only need to do two stick motions (Quarter Circle Back, Quarter Circle Forward) and the game is more about positioning and getting a good jab or hit in then memorizing strings of combos. Second would probably be Tekken 7. Followed by a weird PS4 game called Nitrosplus Blasterz.

Racing Game: Burnout Paradise Remastered, and its on sale right now. It's dated, for sure, but it's a blast to play with not only great races but other modes that involve taking out other drives.

If you're looking for a semi-realistic/realistic game, then I'd say Forza Horizon 3 or 4.

Smash Bros. and Street Fighter are probably the most friendly for inexperienced players. The Street Fighter franchise, if you start from the beginning, will teach you the ins and outs of the simple to pick up and difficult to master rock-paper-scissors of fighting games. Smash is a clever approach that deals with physics as a health bar which immediately makes a certain kind of sense to anybody, and if you were to play the whole franchise, starts off at a much more advanced graphical fidelity than many other fighting franchises. Both games are represented by iconic characters that envelope the full breadth of gaming tropes and caricatures of the real world. Both also have active esports communities.

I guess Brawlhalla could be good for you then. It's not the best fighting game ever, but it's free, so there won't be any regretting if you don't like it except for wasted time.
