"Now the IP has been picked up by THQ Nordic we can only hope." Woah, did they really pick up Kingdoms of Amalur? I'd love to see this happen. I bought it when it released and thought it was really good for an open world RPG. Sure, it was rough around the edges but nowhere near as bad as Two Worlds or other RPG titles.

Super Mario World.
I know there was Yoshi's Island which was Super Mario World 2 but I feel like there could have been a second SMW with the same sprites and art style just a new world with more enemies, characters, power ups etc.

well there are so many.
but one that comes to mind, is a sequel to Quake 4. loved the whole setting and being in the middle of combat. which I felt they did good.
another one would be Gunman Chronicles from back in the day. it was also a cool game loved the 2 frist areas. jungle and moonbase
here is the trailers for both games

Im still waiting for banjo threeie and jet force gemini 2 . Microsoft has all these amazing IPs under their belt that they refuse to do anything with. its mind boggling considering the dumpster fire the xbox one has been for the company compared to the 360.Last edited by b00tyclapper; 12-16-2018, 12:04 AM.

The Thief series needs a proper sequel, not that absolute garbage that Thi4f turned out to be. The only thing that had going for it (well, two, but they're similar) is setting and graphics. They nailed the dark, atmospheric twisted city moderately well and it was environmentally pretty, but everything else was unsalvageable.
Just as a frame of reference, I felt Thief: Deadly Shadows was solid, had its heart in the right place but was hampered predominantly by consolisation. Thief 1 and 2 were goddamn amazing.

Please let Kotor rest on its laurels.Originally posted by Arcadia View PostA new kotor would be nice, but with EA holding the rights to star wars it's pretty impossible atm.
Left 4 dead 3 too, but knowing Valve... Idk which of these two is less likely to ever see the day
I feel like saying EA in the same sentence will summon the unnecessary cash cow sequel curse.
However if EA were to lose the rights to Star Wars then I would feel much safer even expressing interest.

I'd love to see a sequel to Fallout New Vegas, however with Bethesda's recent behavior I'm not all too hopeful about it. I'm extremely excited to see where Obsidian will take The Outer Worlds as it looks extremely promising.

The Megaman Legends series needs its final addition to the saga. Megaman 64 was an amazing idea and fun in execution. The Playstation sequel was a bit less fun but more complex story wise.
Megaman Legends 3 was in production he’ll die to capcom and seeing as how the company has decided to become more focused on profits than products, I really doubt an end to the saga will ever materialize. The saddest part is how fervent the community was to support the game.
