My thoughts exactly.

I'm happy to see others mentioning Soul Reaver & Okami, as I'd love another installment(not a direct "sequel" for either, just more games in the same universe/style, perhaps) for both of those games! Imho, they were both quite innovative in their own ways(especially Soul Reaver - talk about aspiration, man; they accomplished so much, & they actually left out a *ton* of content, which you can find online).

Neverwinter Nights: The 2nd one was not the same. I really miss the NN toolset. It was so easy to make campaigns and was actually a faithful real time interpretation of the Dungeons and Dragons ruleset. A feat that has never been done right since.

Everquest: EQ2 was horrendous. There are a few projects trying to recreate its "difficult, grindy, xp loss on death, etc" magic like Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen, but it wont be the same.

Half-Life: Continuing the story would be great, but the real reason I want HL3 is each HL release comes with a new standardized SDK for mods, and community games.

Diablo: Too soon? Too soon....

A true Socom sequel that goes back to the roots of the franchise when it was great. No aim assist no vehicles no stupid motion controller add on. Just fun gameplay.

Too easy and my list is too long. Here are a few. Final Fantasy Mystic Quest 2, they ended it with Benjamin and Tristam sail off, so pick it up from there.

Hell yeah, man. I would play that. Mystic Quest was my first RPG, other than the time I rented Dragon Warrior on NES and was too young to understand it.
