Here is an easy one for me.
A sequel to prototype 2, prototype 1 and 2 are one of my favorite games of all time just the destruction in those games is just pure joy!
Imagine what they can do with current hardware or even future hardware!

skies of arcadia, unreal 4, mmo (but more like what Age of Conan wanted, a strong single player story with mmo aspects implemented) Probably my dream game.

A real sequel to Knights of the Old Republic 2 not an mmo.

Mostly more items, more paths, and specially more transformations making single weak items more powerful

Oh boy! A new Binding of Isaac would be sooo sweet!
I can't come up with any suggestions for improvement, though - but if they announce it some day, you bet your ass, I'll play it on day one.
... And the next 100 days
....... Who am i kidding? I'll play it till the third one would be released :P

The GBA was a fantastic system, so i would definitely recommend that

That game is ridiculous expensive, though (160$):

Maybe a ROM version, could also be a possibility. I guess it's kinda OK, since the price is so damn high and SEGA doesn't sell the game anymore (as far as i know).

    S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
    Kingdom Come Deliverance
    DAOC
    Elder Scrolls Skyrim
    Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas
Crisis (but only the part against my little "friends" from the North Korean People's Army, don't like the E.T. part that much)
    Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
Dragon Age: Origins (a good second part, not the one they made)
    Elex

Demon's Souls. And, no, I don't mean Dark Souls. I would love a Demon's Souls 2, with the same world layout and similar mechanics. As much as I love Dark Souls (a lot), there is something about Demon's Souls that draws my in every time. I feel that the worlds are much more emotionally impactful. For example, the Valley of Defilement is much more oppressive than Blighttown, and the Tower of Latria is my favorite area in any SoulsBorne game period. So atmospheric! Also, I feel that Demon's Souls worlds are much more mysterious than those in the later Souls games. I find myself asking many more questions about the lore of Demon's Souls. To be honest, I would even be happy with a remake. I miss the special events that From Software used to have every now and then, as they were always an excuse to start another playthrough!

Half-Life 2 Episode 2 (Valve, i know you don't want to release Episode 3 but can we please get Episode 2 Part 2?)
Savage 2 (One that doesn't break and implode after release and is free to play from the start, the one we got has 2 servers available that require level 30 and the create server option is broken).
And while its cheating to the question, i would love for them to actually finished Unreal Tournament 4 and market it.

    Top 5:

#5: Binding of Isaac (AB+) - Fun, simple, quick, easy to pick up but there are just so much more that could be done. Maybe some updated graphics

#4: SSX Tricky - Fun and awesome snowboarding game, something I feel the PC is missing so bad. Great music as well

#3: Street Fighter 4 - Since the SF5 was trash, I hope Capcom can create something that is closer to what fighting games are supposed to be.

#2: Child Of Light - Really loved that game, not super complex but the art style is just amazing

#1: Hollow Knight - One of my absolute favorite games ever made, every aspect is perfect. Metroidvania is the way to go!

    Honorable mentions:
Ori and the blind forest but that one has a sequel coming up (super excited)
Max Payne since all three has been great but some really dumb decisions made the third have really low replay value
Super Hot really liked the concept but it was short, waiting for a follow up
Left 4 Dead great fun with friends but doubt Vavle will break the three rule
    Torchlight great ARPG
Age of Empires or Command and Conquer but the RTS hype is pretty low, really liked both series
Heroes of Might and Magic was great, joined the beta for the most recent one but it was so full of buggs and most of the recent versions I played crash constantly. Guess some new dev has to do it
NES / SNES remastered yea, stuff like Castle of Illusions and DuckTales was fantastic, hope they bring out more remastered versions of old classic
Crazy Taxi was super fun and can be done far better with modern hardware
