I mean games that you can load up at any time without obligation even if you only have 2 minutes to play.
These are the games I use to unwind, that need no investment, and you basically can't loose in them. There is no fear of loosing progress if you have to quit.
My current game of choice is BeamNg. I can always start it and crash a few cars. Before that I used to play Rigs of Rods, which is basically the spiritual predecessor of beamng.
Even before that, (we're talking 10+ years ago now) I had Live for Speed. Just quick races against AI cars, start from the back of the pack, and I basically always quit after the first lap my goal was only to see how many places can I gain within one lap.
As far as I can remember my game of choice for no commitment gaming was always driving games, where you can cause carnage.
