In fact, when I heard there is going to VR for this game, I ran out and bought a VR headset yesterday in anticipation of AC7 and getting to experience what it truly is like to fly a jet without leaving the ground. Besides, I am a huge fan of the series.

Biggest bust though? I am calling it now: the new Far Cry 5 sequel shown a couple of weeks ago. Far Cry series is so meh, except for Primal, that I think it is going to be average at best. However, it really is too soon to tell what I think will be the biggest bust for 2019. Come back to me in July or August.
I've always loved jets too and I'm 90 minutes away from a fighter bomber wing that has a ton of F-15Es. Favorite jet. Went to my first airshow when I was 5 and still have some old photos of when F-111s and A-7s were being flown. With that said, I'm super hyped for AC7 and have been replaying the ps2 trilogy a lot recently.

Biggest bust for me is that I play on PC so I'm going to have to wait several weeks after the console launch. Sure, I could buy a PS4 copy but I'd rather hold out to play on my pc.

Nothing intrigues me more then Death Stranding, its entire vibe is so goddamn weird and strange. I skip all horror games and actively avoid them but this has to be something else, got my hopes up bigtime.

The usual suspects: DMC 5 and CP2077.

The ones that peaked my curiosity are RE 2, Doom eternal (still need to play the 2016 one) and Death Stranding (still want to know what the game is even about).

One that I'm indifferent but I may try is Outerworld. I've never actually played fallout nor have the interest in playing it, but the game trailer and plot look interesting.

Most anticipated game is CyberPunk 2077 and I really do think its a good idea to bet that anthem flops next year. Bioware and EA haven't done enough to really show what the game is and how it separates itself from games like destiny besides the jetpacks. Although it will be interesting to see how EA decides to run the game's microtransactions (It will have microtransactions). They've already stated the game won't have loot boxes, but what are they going to do instead? Anybody think they'll take the titanfall 2 style of post game monetization? Or will they find some other brand new scummy way to get money from the consumers?

I'm excited for the remake of Resident Evil 2 and Days Gone, but beyond that nothing is really shouting at me yet.

I think the biggest bust is easily going to be Anthem. Bioware and EA have lost their touch, it's not going to end well.

As of right now, it would have to be both Cyberpunk 2077 & Doom Eternal. Cyberpunk because of all the time waiting, teases and the idea of a massive world to sandbox in and customizations have me excited for the game. Plus I'm personally ready for our cyberpunk world anyways. Doom because its a franchise that honestly (for me at least) I can buy a game and have fun. Unlike others, Doom hasn't given me a terrible experience since I first played it on my E-machine back in the day.

I tried Kindom Hearts but really never got into it but it looks great. (first world work problems lol) um, I think that should be it.

Looking forward to Em-8ER, the Massive Planetary Wargame, the spiritual successor to what FireFall should have been. Created by Mark Kern (Team Lead for Vanilla World of Warcraft Firefall. Producer of Diablo 2, Starcraft, Broodwar,) The Em-8ER Forums and discord is open for those interested in following it's progress. Terrain demo any day with a playable mock-up planned for the kickstarter in Q1 of 2019.

As for busts, well that's kind of hard to predict. Anthem is being super hyped up but Bioware as a company has been showing its distain for gamers recently with it's announcement of a Dev pushing personal Politics into the upcoming Dragon age and it's EA influanced push towards microtransactions. If they dont hit it out of the park with Anthem I predict their reputation, not to mention stock bottoming out.

To me, if we look at the market, the most expected games would be Anthem, Cyberpunk 2077 and The Division 2 so far.

If it turns out to be true and Borderlands 3 is launched I would expect it to take a good chunk of attention, and personaly I would focus on it, one of my favorite fps/loot hoarding games in quite some time.

I would like to also point out to Star Citizen. I have seen predictions of it launching a first version at the end of 2018/start 2019. I know, Star Citizen is something no one is expecting will see the light of the day. I am bias because I backed it, so yeah, I remain hopefull. :-)

Cyberpunk 2077 and Doom Eternal (so long as its not tied to Bethesda's horrendous launcher).

Maybe the Resident Evil 2 remake. Im excited for it, but I'm waiting to see how they are going to implement micro transactions. Capcoms been making some shoddy decisions with microtransactions and ad-related stuff lately. Monster Hunter World is pretty much the only franchise they've got left I'm willing to still give them money for because they haven't done anything ridiculous with it.......yet.

And maybe Death Stranding if I can manage to get a PS4 Pro for a decent price around tax time.

Well I can understand that..........it's an interesting game and the predecessor was so endlessly moddable.
btw........I like that Avatar............was it taken on Khorinis?

The very same. The colony to be precise.
Bannerlord will be great and I am pretty optimistic about a release next year actually. The dev updates show the implemetation of features that should be added near the end of development, so there is hope... I am glad though, that they have the option to take their time to deliver a great game and do just that.

Ah yes that dirty old town.........err place, good memories, good booze, good weed.......just old Gomez being a cranky old codger.

And yeah I agree, better to use all the time you need, instead of rushing it out.........Gothic 3 should be a warning example.
God the release was bad......but it has matured decently........though sadly it isn't as good as Gothic 2 or Gothic.
                              Working...
