    Baldur (God of war) Loved his swagger. Kind of reminds me of Conor McGregor.
    Vaas (Far Cry 3) Was probably the first bad guy to really make me think wow.
    Diablo (Diablo) He's just my boi from way back.

    1. Kain from the Legacy of Kain series (though technically he's both villain then anti-hero) - just cause he's one of the best voice acted characters with Amy Hennings divine writing;
    2. Darth Revan (Sith version) in KOTOR - the fact that you could slowly go from blank slate to regaining your sith darkness and corrupt everyone and Bastilla was superb.
    3. Gaunter O'dimm - Some of the smarmiest, most intelligent and crisp writing for a villain in a long time.

    Surprised no one has my No. on their list but anyways:

    1. Gygas, from Earthbound (Mother 2). Stumbling into the last room and that entire fight was so memorable when I was a kid.
    2. Sephiroth, from FFVII. I played that game as a young, love struck pre-teen and Aerith was my first video game crush.
    3. King Wart, from Super Mario Bros. 2. The boss didn't stick out so much as the euphoria I felt from finally beating SMB 2 with my older brother.

    1 Dark Falz - Phantasy Star Series (It always came back, had multiple unique forms, and was the ultimate form of evil in the Phantasy Star Series, and in PSO, the boss fight was really fun)
    2 Dr. Robotnik - Classic Sonic Titles (Always was unique, and was really fun to fight growing up and getting better and better at engaging)
    3 CyberDemon - Classic Doom Titles (Lets be honest, the first time you ever beat this thing, you feel satisfyed as all heck)

    1. SHODAN from System Shock. There's something to be said about her manipulativeness.
    2. Viktoria from Thief 1 and 2. Not many villains straddle Neutral Evil and True Neutral like Viktoria.
    3. The Master from Fallout 1. A deluded madman who wanted to only wanted to bring Man to the next step of evolution.

    I know this thread asked for only three, but I'd also like to give special mentions to Deidranna (Jagged Alliance 2) and Ravel (Planescape: Torment). Both were really well-written, with Deidranna being one of fthe most hilarious over-the-top villains turned up to 11, and Ravel being such a conflicting character.

    Depending on how you play the villain could be you. Like serial killer villain. Make the wastelands empty again
