What game would you want remade?

I had always hoped for Resident Evil 2 to be remade, but now that it is, I'm worried as hell. From a gameplay standpoint, while I lament the lack of the old camera system, I think all the other changes are going to make the game fantastic to play. However, I have a feeling Capcom is going to utterly bork the story and butcher the cheesy brilliance and charm of the original.

There are so many games i would like to be remade, ones that come to mind are:

Haunting Ground.
Trapt.
Parasite Eve (both PS1 titles)
Future Cop LAPD.
Resident Evil 3 (as RE2 has recived a remake im sure this will be next if RE2 sells well)
Xenosaga Trilogy.
Nightmare Creatures.
Gungrave.

Ok I'm perplexed, on just about every rpg'ish discussion, be it favourite game or most loved.... etc. Why doesnt anyone say ffviii? I thought it was good at least. I'm just curious what about the game makes ppl say ff7, ffix and skip ffviii? Lol

I wouldn't mind seeing Prasite Eve remade with better GFX, just keep the story the same, maybe add some voice acting. I thiink Yvonne Strahovski (Miranda Lawson from Mass Effect 2/3) did a decent job in the 3rd birthday PSP game, maybe ask her back for the remake of the first 2, plus she's incredibly hot.

THIS. That was the first game that came to mind when I saw this thread. Parasite Eve 2 was so epic! The story was fascinating and the creatures were creepy and well designed. One of the most underrated PS1 games.

Most people probably don't know this game. But if there a single game i really want to remade its probably game called "Team Buddies" from PS1. Its just a such good game to play alone or with friends.
