What game genre do you think needs more competition and why?

For me it's got to be Pro Wrestling games. For years now there's only been one game that's dominated this genre and that's the WWE games. 2K and WWE's near-monopoly in the Pro Wrestling genre has seemingly led to 2K not taking care of the game's quality, especially when it comes to patches. There was one patch in WWE 2K16 that glitched the Hell In A Cell roof and it took until WWE 2K18's first patch to fix. And in WWE 2K18, one of the patches broke the corners of the ring so seemingly at random you couldn't send your opponent into the turnbuckles or climb up to the top rope because for the former, the opponent would rebound off (and not how they normally do early in the match, which is a feature) and for the latter, you'd be blocked as if someone was in the corner. This never got fixed and that is what kept me from buying WWE 2K19. I could not continue buying from a company that did not take care to make sure the game actually worked from launch to the last patch.

I thought the return of Fire Pro Wrestling would make 2K step it up in order to stay ahead but it seems to have gotten worse. Some have reported that the pin and damage system, another core gameplay feature, was bugged after the latest patch in WWE 2K19.
