Star Citizen - Am I opening a topic that should be left closed....

Star Citizen - Will it release in my lifetime?

How toxic is the community for this game and am I delving into something best left alone?

Is the production of this game going well or is it a pipe dream?

As an avid Space Sim gamer, is it something to look forward too or to look away till it is done and playable.

I'm currently enjoying X4 foundations has it's issues, but scratches an itch.

Is it a scam or is Robert's trying to catch that vision that all Space Sim fanatics crave?

Any general thoughts or answers as to Star Citizen and its development.
