What kind of Crossover content in video games would you like to see

With The Witcher and Monster Hunter series getting some crossover content and me getting real hype for that, i started to wonder what else would be pretty hype to see in any game

yeah, gimmicks arent for everyone, but not always a bad thing either, their Final Fantasy cross over was pretty good imo, and this one is being advertised much the same way, with Geralt finding his way into the Monster Hunter Universe via a portal

doubtful anything is going into the witcher universe, but MH is most definitely getting Geralt armor, and probably Dual Swords aswell, im more interested in seeing what monster they would bring into monster hunter

I would want a massive crossover between the lego games, Just Marvel Heroes 2 list with DC Villains and Star Wars.... make the Lego Worlds games that could be cool to see.

Honestly I'd love to see more fighting game collaborations.

Think along the lines of 'Characters from every Arc Systems Works game thrown into a pot and built around this games combat system.'

Ah i see. Well i certainly can't get hyped over that. Sounds very gimmicky like crossover usually are.

Crossovers are always nice. I like to think they are celebrating the history of video games which is why it's always special to me.

... then there's Marvel VS Capcom Infinite...

i think its a fun little gimmick although it wouldnt work for all games. it would probably work best for multiplayer games and games that dont take themselves to seriously.

For now, it's just a Geralt costume for Monster Hunter World that I remember. I don't think Monster Hunter characters are going to be in the Witcher 3. This is typical fair for Monster Hunter, although this one was a surprise to be honest.

Witcher and Monster Hunter are doing a crossover? I don't like the sound of that. Is there going to be anime characters wielding impossible weapons in Witcher, or is there going to be a gruff mutant dude ogling women in Monster Hunter?

I think crossovers are a gimmicks to generate hype, and almost always turn out to be disappointing.
