The Last of Us. Story is good but the gameplay is mediocre. Which obviously means it's a mediocre game.

Oblivion, after playing witcher 3 and skyrim, the leveling system and world just feels so wrong.

    The Mortal Kombat series.
Don't get me wrong, it's a fun game to play with friends. I just expect more from the game in modern times. Instead, each new installment feels like a graphics update. Again, it's fun, just a let down for me. Personally, I would like a more 3D fighting mode with up to 4 players. Obviously they would keep the current mode which has its own merits. Maybe even add a co-op campaign as well.

As someone who also could not get into the older God of War titles, i really loved the new one so it is worth trying at some point.

I have quite a few, most annual sports games are dull to me. Callbof Duty and Battlefeild is losing its luster.
but if we're talking about games most of everyone loved that I dont...I would say, the God of War series...I know its meant to be aflashy beat-em up button mashing fun but its just not for me. (I played the first 2 games) I haven't played the recent one (Game of the year apearantly) so I cant judge that one yet.

Skyrim. Hate the "open world" games that aren't story-driven and the battlestyle is just meh... I don't know, I tried 3-4 times and always get bored or just lose interest after wandering around for an hour or so... I don't think it's bad, It just isn't for me.

I cannot get into "Life is Strange" no matter how much it looks like a game I should enjoy.
