‘ITTA’ Releasing This April

  • Pick it up on April 22nd.
  • Coming to Nintendo Switch and Steam.
  • A fast-paced boss rush title filled with emotions.

Developer Glass Revolver and publisher Armor Games Studios have announced that their upcoming action adventure bullet hell title ITTA will release on the 22nd of April on Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop and PC via Steam. ITTA aims to test player skills as they go through boss-rush style adventure in fast-paced chaotic gameplay.

ITTA places you in the role of a young girl that’s equipped with her father’s revolver, and who happens to be guided by a strange ghost cat. Players will enter a world that is full of monstrous bosses. Upon waking up, surrounded by her dead family, Itta heads out with the strange cat to seek out powerful beings locked away under the world. Battles are designed to be harrowing, and you’ll fight against these powerful beings in one on one combat. Some of these are massive golems, others are referred to as toothy horrors, but each one will require its own strategy to defeat.

There are various weapons to find that’ll change your combat style. Some of these will provide different attack styles. Should a situation become too difficult, players can toggle on invincibility, or a damage multiplier. One of the reasons that players have been anticipating this title is due to its themes of personal struggles. ITTA hopes to provide a message to anyone that we must endure till the end, that we should never give up. Its design and development comes from the personal struggles of the developer, who spent time in a psych ward. It’s their goal to empower those who are struggling, and to show them there is light at the end of the tunnel. Other features are as follows:

  • Topple 18 deadly bosses in tight, twin-stick, bullet-hell combat
  • Wield an arsenal of power spirit weapons to fight in new ways
  • Unlock the mystery of a bizarre, crumbling world and its cryptic inhabitants
  • Explore a beautiful, pixel-art world backed by a haunting and eclectic musical score.
  • Never hit a wall; freely toggle damage multipliers or invincibility
