Razer’s Memorial Day Sale Is On Now

  • Big savings to be found on Razer products.
  • Available on Amazon.
  • Now’s the time to buy for the frugal gamer.

If you’re in the market for ways to upgrade your game, then it’s always best to wait for sales right? The Memorial Day weekend is full of them, and right now if you head over to Amazon among all the different sales you can find great deals on Razer products. From headsets to controllers and select items in between, there’s been a number of markdowns through Monday to pass the savings onto the consumer. While you can find a full list of Razer products available at Amazon (both on sale and not) at this link, below you will find some hand picked goodies that you won’t want to miss if you’re in the market for some new gaming gear this time of year.

Razer Kraken X USB Ultralight Gaming Headset

It’s very likely you might already have one of these, the Razer Kraken X has been one of the most commonly used gaming headsets on the market. But on the off chance you don’t, it’s definitely worth seeking out. Personally, the Razer Kraken X is one of my favorite headsets I’ve used because its comfort based memory foam design lets your ears have a bit of breathing to them without sacrificing audio fidelity. It’s also perfect for those of us with big heads with a fairly flexible band. If I were to give it a con though, the coverings on the earcups are prone to breakdown over time. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if you value your gear looking in pristine condition even after prolonged use it may be offputting.

The Razer Kraken X USB Ultralight Gaming Headset can be purchased for $49.99 right now, 17% off its normal price of $59.99

Razer Huntsman Gaming Keyboard (Chroma RGB, Clicky Optical Switches)

Responsive and easy to maintain, the Razer Huntsman keyboard is convenient when it comes to cleaning and its RGB Chroma backlighting shines brighter due to the open-air design that Razer has been shifting towards with their keyboard models over the last few years. In terms of functionality, I can’t say there is anything that makes it overtly unique, but looking good and being easy to dust goes a long way in my book. I’d recommend the Huntman Elite for its integrated volume controls and detachable wrist rest if its pricing was better during this sale, but you’ll get much better savings with the normal Huntsman at $109.95 instead of its normal $149.99 price tag.

Razer Naga Trinity Gaming Mouse

My favorite pick in the lineup, saving the best for last, is the Razer Naga Trinity. While the headset and keyboard are good enough in their own rights, they’re also not exactly something you may be in desperate need of if you already have your own setup you’re happy with. The Razer Naga Trinity on the other hand is easily my favorite mouse I’ve ever used. Offering three different attachable sides that range from simplistic to a 12 button interface, it’s perfect for any hardcore PC Gamer that wants to increase their reaction time on games that require more buttons outside of the standard setups.

By having programmable buttons just a thumb-click away it gives a distinct advantage especially in RPGs and simulators where developers have found a use for most of the buttons on the keyboard; you can simply program them to your extra set of buttons on the mouse, and you’re good to go. The Razer Naga Trinity is available for $74.00, which is 26% off it’s normal price of $99.99

There’s plenty more where these came from, but if you could only pick one of them I’d definitely lean towards the Razer Naga Trinity. So if you’re in the search for new gear, this weekend is the time to get in on some new tech.
